The first conversation
It starts with you. We get to know your story, your personalities, your priorities, your budget, and how you want your wedding to feel. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out, that’s what we’re here for.

Building Your Wedding World
This is where ideas start becoming something real. We develop the concept, mood, colors, atmosphere and overall experience, creating a wedding that feels personal to you rather than like something you’ve seen before.

The Right People, The Right Details
Venue, catering, entertainment, flowers, production, photography, stationery and everything in between. We recommend, source and coordinate the right suppliers according to your vision and budget. Instead of managing countless people, you stay in contact with Pixie, and we bring everything together.

Designing Every Detail
Now we go deeper. Floor plans, tablescapes, flowers, lighting, bars, dance floor, signage, guest experience and all those tiny personalized details people remember. Every element is considered, designed and connected to the bigger picture.

Bringing It All to Life
As the wedding approaches, Pixie takes over the timelines, confirmations, supplier coordination, installations and logistics. On the wedding day, our team is there from setup until the very last moment, managing what happens behind the scenes so you can simply experience what’s happening in front of you.

The Morning After the Last Dance
The music may have stopped, but our job isn’t quite finished. We oversee the post-wedding details, dismantling and final supplier coordination, making sure everything is properly wrapped up. And you? You wake up married, probably a little tired, hopefully still finding confetti somewhere, and realizing that the wedding you spent months imagining actually happened.
